By using the Acosmy website and the associated advanced training environment (Learning Management System), you legally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local law.
2. Purpose of the Service
Acosmy ("the Service") provides top-tier Mentorship solutions (1-to-1) and specialized managerial training (B2B) for Software Engineering, AI Integrations, and Cloud Architecture. Features include access to educational frameworks, an in-browser collaborative IDE, and multimedia material.
3. Licenses and Intellectual Property
All related educational content, documents, sample code, videos, methodologies, and visual design present on Acosmy constitute Intellectual Property and material covered by the copyright of the Owner (or approved licensor partners). Access to the Service implies exclusively a personal, non-exclusive, and strictly non-transferable and non-resalable license tied to authorized accounts.
- Extraction Ban: It is strictly forbidden to copy, extract, or redistribute (e.g., screen recording or web scraping) manually or automatically the lessons and private resources provided by the platform.
- No Account Sharing: every user must have their own tracked account. The detection of anomalous logins will result in immediate profile suspension.
4. Account Security
As a User (Student, Manager, or Teacher), you are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and the actions taken by your Account. You also agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access you become aware of. Acosmy will not be liable for any loss arising from the theft of your credentials.
5. Live-Coding Activities ("IDE" Environment)
The IDE integrated into the courses provides an isolated compiler and testing tools. Any deliberate attempt to execute malicious code or attack the Service's IT system (DDoS, exploiting container isolation defects, logic injections) will result in immediate expulsion, without any refund, and may generate legal and civil consequences.
6. Limitation of Liability Clause
While we aim for excellence, Acosmy disclaims all liability (including lost profits resulting from direct/indirect damages, loss of local archives, or other business career interruptions) resulting from the use of our training. The exposed frameworks are strictly educational resources. Past student performances are not a foolproof guarantee or a promised standard of the same result in your specific personal/business case.
7. Modifications to Terms and Platform
We reserve the absolute right to vary or discontinue platform functionalities, including rolling out cyclic technological updates. The clauses and limitations of these regulations, updated occasionally according to the law, will be effective upon publication on this page.
